Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Tags must be intact and attached

Items must be returned in original packaging
Please note: We do not accept returns on sale items, undergarments, or accessories unless defective.
How to Request a Return

Email us at support@hookswithstyle.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will provide a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

Send your item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your refund is late or missing, please check with your bank or credit card company. If issues persist, contact us directly.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
